Sanaya Irani is an Indian Television actress, dancer & model. She is famously known for playing the roles Gunjan in Miley Jab Hum Tum and Khushi in Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon?.
She was born on 17 September 1983 in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Sanaya belongs to a Parsi family. She has two siblings a brother and a sister.
Career:
Sanaya started her career as a model. She participated in many advertisements and modeling events. Sanaya was first seen in singer Jagjit Singh’s music video ‘Tumko Dekha’. Later she appeared in a cameo role in the film Fanaa. She made her acting debut in 2007 with the SAB TV show Left Right Left. She gained recognition in the television industry with the show Miley Jab Hum Tum. She became popular with the Star Plus show Iss Pyar Ko Kya Naam Doon? where she played the role of Khushi Kumari Gupta. She has played the lead role in more than 7 TV shows so far.
Sanaya announced her relationship with her co-star, Mohit Sehgal from the serial Miley Jab Hum Tum on 19 November 2010, the last day of the shoot. In December 2015, Sanaya Irani got engaged to Mohit Sehgal. They tied the knot on 25 January 2016 in Goa.
