The first season of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa was premiered on 8 September 2006 in Sony Entertainment Channel. The show was aired on Sony Entertainment Television Channel from 2006 to 2011 and followed by Colors Channel from 2012 onwards. The show has successfully completed 9 seasons so far.
